The SATED sleep questionnaire is a self-report sleep health assessment that determines your sleep fulfillment levels by evaluating five different aspects of sleep. It includes 1) Satisfaction (subjective satisfaction with sleep), 2) Alertness (alertness during the day), 3) Timing (Optimal sleep timing), 4) Efficiency (Ability to fall asleep and stay asleep), and 5) Duration (Sufficient amount of sleep). The questionnaire consists of five questions, each relating to one aspect of slep.
