SATED Sleep Questionnaire

The SATED sleep questionnaire is a self-report sleep health assessment that determines your sleep fulfillment levels by evaluating five different aspects of sleep. It includes 1) Satisfaction (subjective satisfaction with sleep), 2) Alertness (alertness during the day), 3) Timing (Optimal sleep timing), 4) Efficiency (Ability to fall asleep and stay asleep), and 5) Duration (Sufficient amount of sleep). The questionnaire consists of five questions, each relating to one aspect of slep.

Make sure your answers are sincere to the best of your knowledge.

(This includes the time it takes to fall asleep and awakenings from sleep.)
5 Do you sleep between 6 and 8 hours per day?

The subsequent questions will cover various situations to measure your level of daytime sleepiness.
